Stiff Clutch (Lower Petal Engage)

Anyone out ther have an idea how I could adjust the new clutch I just installed?
My Ring-gear was chewed-up. So I replaced all related parts at one time.
Now my clutch kicks in and out at the lower end of the petal. And also feels stiff. It use to kick in at the upper end. Any help?
