2000 LS Starting problem

I need some help with this one. The 2000, LS 4X4 has an intermitant no start. replaced the starter twice. still will leave you stranded sometimes. Then the next time you try it, it starts fine. never know when it's going to happen. I'm starting to think it's in the ignition switch.
Frustrated at this point. Any ideas?

Hi Ervinj,
I have a 1998 LS 2 W/D did you check the computer?? It has a lot to do with everything. I am having similar problems with starting but the computer is giving me all kinds of erra codes. I found a 2000 computer on E-Bay now for $100 or best you may want to check it out or I have a place down here in South Fla called Aace Auto Parts they have everything here is there URL. http://www.aaceautoparts.com/ I hope you find your problem. Thanks Blazen but, I found that if you buy from Advance auto, the old saying about you can't make chicken salad from chicken S#%t!!! comes to mind. After the second starter went bad in 24 hrs, I went to NAPA. Guess what? no more problems.
