Estimate Horsepower
The only time I tried to have my car dynoed, the dyno was broken. I'm curious to see what people estimate the base HP and/or RWHP to be with these mods:
Car is a 1995 Formula LT-1, 6-speed. The stock base HP is rated at 275. Flowmaster Cat-back exhaust, empty cat. March Power(underdrive) Pulleys Moroso Cold Air Filter kit Granatelli MAF Sensor Hypertech Programming The rear gear is a 4.10, not sure how that affects rear wheel torque/horspower. The pulleys just reduce power lost to accessory drag. I'm pretty sure it's over 300 base hp now, but would like other estimates. Thanks. |

Re: Estimate Horsepower
On a dyno....I would guess 280 horsepower and 320 ft/pounds.

I would say around 265/270rwhp with your set up and depending on dyno and if your flowmaster catback is a single(in)~>dual(out) or single(in) ~>single(out)
