Dieting Pill Question

Hey guys,
This seems to be my first ever post in this section and I have a simple question to ask. I have looked into Ephedra based diet pills and came down to 2 choices: Hydroxy-Stac 10mg Ephedra or Zantrex-3.

Now have looked into nformation on both of these and evrything I come up with is based on a selling POV. I want to know which one is most effective and safest? Obviously this is directed towards people that have used one or the other.

hmm if ur going to do it for sure, be careful cuz typically the way these pills work is they speed up ur heart rate so u metabolize more like ur actually physically exerting urself. so that can be super dangerous, any diet pill is a risk. i don't know anything about those actual pills themselves tho, sorry i can't help ya out there. good luck with the weight loss!

Well I already work out. Usually I consume a lot of protein for muslce mass but for soem reason some of that protein always ends up turning into fat. I've tried reducing the amount of protein taken but it only reduces the amount of muscle mass and I still have fat stored. So I have come to the point where I want to try the pills...I know you always take half the required dose the first time you use it.

I'm just looking for real-life testomonials on which one is better.

I can tell you that Ephedra is not safe in any form. It was banned here in the U.S. My mom had a heart attac on that stuff. I would not reccomend taking that stuff. jmo

I hadnt used either one of the products you listed and I tried searching for some info on them but I couldnt find anything about those products with the ephedra in them, all I could find was ephedra free versions. Do you have any links or anything to maybe a site where you can order them with ephedra?

have u talked to a dietician or someone like that that could recommend a different diet to give u the results u want so u don't have to take a risk on these pills?
