P0106 OBD2 Error Code

I have this code on my 1996 Grand Caravan (3.8 engine)

This code has this error explanation:

P0106 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit Range/Performance Problem

What would I do to correct this problem. I have tried to find a solution and have not been successful.

Thanks

Re: P0106 OBD2 Error Code

Chances are the map sensor is bad. There are test that can be done but you would need a scanner and voltage meter to do the tests. The code is more for the baro side of the map. Unless there were some kind of wiring problem I would bet the sensor as being bad.

Thanks for the suggestion.

The light went out today and the code doesn't show up.

I will have it checked or wait until the check engine light comes on again.
