94 s10 4.3l tbi black smoke

Hello Everybody,
I posted earlier on getting 11 mpg and have just started to notice that has black smoke coming out of the exhaust. One the highway the check engine light will come on for a second and then I push on the gas and it blows a puff of black smoke. also the tail pipe is coated in black stuff. The list below is everything done to it in the last 6 months. The autoparts store pulled a lean condition but how when there is black smoke?
plugs
wire
cap rotor
fuel pump
injectors
fuel pressure regulator
tps
o2 sensors
convertor
All of this put on after the gas milage went to crap. Any suggestions you can give me I would greatly apprciate. Thanks Mark

Will somebody please help me. Last night I took of the egr valve and cleaned it and also check all of the vacumn lines and nothing. The injectors look like they are really pouring the gas out. I really need help. Thanks in advance for you help.
