Springs???

Ok, I have a 2001 Maxima Gle with 19" Rims on 225/35/19's I AM NOT going to change my struts right now I am looking for springs that will not bounce all the way down and hit my tire when I hit a bump. I am thinking I need more or a racing type spring (stiffer) than a bouncy sport spring. Am I right and what do you recommend??? Im kinda on a budget so anything under maybe $200 SHIPPED? Thanks

Re: Springs???

your springs are really only going to effect your ride height, struts are going to be the major factor in how the car rides. i had H&R springs on my maxima and it bounced like crazy with stock struts, about 2 weeks later i installed my tokico illumina's and the ride's fine now, especially because the struts are adjustable. probably not what you wanna hear, but that's how it is. not to mention that the stock struts won't last too long if you drop your car that much.
