91 Camaro ACC Fuse Keeps Blowing...

I was trying to figure out why my door lock buttons, dome light, mirror control, and etc weren't working. Then I realized that the ACC fuse was removed, so I put one in and it blew. Now I know why there wasn't one in there. Any ideas on why my ACC fuse keeps blowing?

Thanx

Well this is me just guessing but maybe there's some bad wires to the fuse or either the battery is blowing it out because its being used as soon as the fuse goes in.

Found the problem!

The problem has become much bigger I'm afraid, but I did find the problem. The problem lies within the wiring harness. The cigarette lighter torched my wiring harness. I took the dash pad off and the dash frame out today just to get to the problem. Now I have to splice and repairs many wires. It's going to take awhile to do that. Does anybody know if they sell new wire harnesses?

Thanks for the help!

You were right, except for it's too late to just unplug the cigarette lighter, somebody already did that. The wires are fried and I have to splice and repair them now.

Thanks for the tip!

So if you're car is having the same problem, it's probably the same for your car. If you just take off the dash pad and look down inside the dash from outside the window you might be able to see some wire damage. My wire harness area around the cigarette lighter wires was torched. I'm surprise my car didn't catch on fire.

Hopefully soon I will have complete control over my car.
