95 S-10 Blazer 4.3 Vortec hard start

95 S-10 Blazer with a 4.3 Vortec motor is hard to start when cold.
After warm up there's no problem.
Spider valve,fuel pump,plugs and wires replaced last year.
New fuel filter, cap, rotor and coil.
EGR Valve cleaned and replaced.
Sometimes it starts fine but a lot of times it takes a while to start.
200,000 miles on motor. It runs great and gas mileage is 19+ MPG
Any idea's why is starts hard sometimes?

Checked fuel filter?

Did you replace the CPI injector?

I replaced the fuel filter and I replaced the spider valve (Valve and Lines to each port) under the plenum. I don't know if thats the CPI or not.

Check fuel pressure with the key on and the engine off.

It should be between 58-64psi.
