Difference in engine boost???

Hey, I just had a quick question, and that is that I noticed that there were 3 different HP specs for the 1990-1997 2.3 liter turbo engines, and I'm wondering if there is a difference in the actual engine (i.e. like diff. turbos or somthing) or is it just a matter of turning up the boost??? thanks!

The engine was the same only ECU and Turbo diff. Low Pressure Turbo 2.3 was like 165hp Full Pressure Turbo Saab 9000 CDE and Automatic tranny Aeros are 200hp and 9000 aero 5-speed was the 225 hp version with the TD04 turbo. 225hp only takes 93 octane, all others will burn anything.
