3rd gen subwoofer enclosure

Has anyone made a custom subwoofer enclosure to fit in the rear hatch of a 3rd gen? What did you use? How hard was it? How did you know it was going to fit?

I WILL be making one, and I will be using plywood. There are alot of people selling premade ones for 3rd gens too.

if your gonna build a box, use medium desity fiberboard (MDF) its way thicker and stronger... makes the bass crisper.. when your putting it together, use wood screws, and some kinda wood glue.. or gorilla glue, it makes an airtight seal.. you can take measurements and stuff for the compartment it'll go in, and if you make it right it will fit no problem.. if you dont wanna build one, most audio shops will be able to get a custom box ordered for that.. prbly around 200 bucks or so.. check out ebay too, they always have car audio stuff for dirt cheap on there..
