Grand Prix Spoiler/Map Light Replacement

Does anyone know where I could get a grand prix special edition/40th anniversary spoiler? Or a 2003 limited edition spoiler?

Also I want to replace the map lights, does anyone know what size they are? And when I was going to try to pull them out, I had the headliner half down and I couldnt reach them, it looks like the map light cluster could come down some how, but I am unsure how to do this. I dont want to break anything, does anyone know how to get that down to replace the bulbs?
