Re: How to Remove Center Air Vent LHS
The vent bezel is clipped in to the dash and will take a pretty good pull to remove, grasp it on the left side and pull straight out a little then work your way towards the right till you can get a finger or 2 behind the right side and it should pop right off.

Re: Re: How to Remove Center Air Vent LHS
thanks for getting back to me, i actually pulled out the vent earlier today and then relaized on a 96 you have to ground pin 1 of the
data link connector, however i have had no sucess getting the locks to cycle. seems pretty simple, can't imagine why i can't it to work, yikes. any help would be appreicated. I'm going to try a thinner guage wire, i even the wire grounded to the hook on the engine, seemed like a safe bet. the data link connector is in a fixed position under the steering wheel off to the right - if this wrong please advise. thanks.
