Yet another attempt at a Camaro...

My local chevy dealer recently got a z28 in, and of course, I made sure I'm the first one on their list to be called when they get one. It's a 2000 z28, silver, coupe, auto, 60,000 miles. I didn't notice any problems mechanically, and the only cosmetic thing I noticed was some bubbling of the paint on the roof. Rims are nothing spectacular at all, and the car was kept completely stock. Their orignal asking price is 13,998, and right now they want to sell it to me for 13 even. Is this a good deal or should I keep on looking?

Re: Yet another attempt at a Camaro...

Not too bad.

Might still wanna talk them down another $1000.

And check NADA.com or KBB.com.

Re: Yet another attempt at a Camaro...

Damn....Average retail from NADA is $14K. I didn't think it would be that high.
$13K sounds good. See if maybe you can talk them down a little more because of the paint.

Re: Yet another attempt at a Camaro...

The exhaust tips looked a little bit rusted too. When I look at the car next I'll try and hunker down and look at the undercarriage.
