02 Ram engine dead

Got a 02 V6, yesterday morning had a rough idle but when it warmed up it ran great. today did the same thing but the engine light flashed on then off real fast. Well when i went to start it about 10 minutes after i got home, engine is froze up, all you hear is the started trying to turn over but nothing.. anyone know anything that could help me out here?

check your codes by cycling key on off on off then on and look in the odometer some p code should come on maybe p0340 or something

I tried that, all it says is "done" on the code, I think my engine has had it, the bad thing is i keep it oiled and tuned and it only has 44000 miles on it
