2.2 sonoma will cutout when i accelerate! HELP

ok guys i need some major help here. i have a 2.2 sonoma year 2000
everything runs perfect when not moving as soon i start moving when i press on the gas to shift my truck wont respong it does the same thing that happens when it hits the governor at 95mpr and if i let go of the gas and floor it it takes off really good also i notice that driving at freeway speeds sometimes it would just start acting like is getting no spark and my lights dim all of them.
i have checked every thing i could so far i replaced:
sparkplugs
sparkplug wires
coil paks
oil pressure sensor
fuel pump
fuel pump filter
fuel preassure regulator
one injector
temperature sensor
trottle position sensor
i dont know what to do any more
i checked the preassure the sensors the vacumm lines and vacumm
cylinder compression grounds and nothing i just got a good computer to replace mine but when i put it on my truck wont start why?? security light comes on my alternator is good and my battery too
any help please!!!
