Sorry dude.....but your only 13?!?! I can understand why they won't let you. Not that they are trying to be mean but paypal is real money that can be lost and/or stolen without proper knowledge of sending/recieving money online.

ya, my parents live 1300 mile away, sorry, cant relate.but u should ask if they could open one and u pay them for it. they would have the password, so u wouldnt be able to charge without their permission.

yeah hes right man, your parents shouldnt let you get paypal, if you want paypal to buy stuff then when you are legaly able to get a job, get a bank account, get paypal. I wouldnt let my kid get paypal using my bank account.
