2000 Windstar Fuel Pump

I have to replace the fuel pump on my wifes 2000 Windstar but don't know where it is located. I am hoping it is not in the fuel tank but I am not sure. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It's in the fuel tank. Several posters have done this task (lowering the plastic fuel tank).
