oops!

accidentally turned off my 1997 blazerLS 4X4 (150k) while it was in [D] Drive. this is the second or third time i've done this since ive had it in a year. its a damn stupid mistake, i already realize that, but how bad is it for the truck? not planning on doing it again or anything -- just curious.

Not sure what you mean...my fuel pump died on freeway doing 70 in drive and I mean died cold...coasted to the side of the road and not big deal.....

I would not make a practice of it....but don't think its a catastrophe or anything.
