Cam preference?
I am almost ready to convert to carb setup on my 87 Iroc 350. The question I have is if I should change out the cam while I'm in the conversion. I wasn't sure of the lift the factory cam had on it or if it would be ideal to leave it in. I will be using a dual plane alum. intake with a Holley 600 or 750.

Re: Cam preference?
eaisest time to do it is when the engine is out of the car... pretty easy to do. otherwise you probably won't change it. I prefer compcams (see my signature). www.compcams.com

Only problem is this is my daily driver to work so my work has to be done over the weekend. I'm already changing out the TPI for a carb setup.
