Grab the nearest book?

Maybe a fun game....I dunno

1. Grab the nearest book.

2. Open the book to page 123

3. Find the fifth sentence.

4. Post the sentence in this bulletin.

5. Don't search around for the "coolest" book you can find. Do what's actually closest to you.

I'll go first
"Flir kept the code on his laptop, ready to insert into Ben's home directory in the morning" Stealing the Network: How to Own a Continent by 131ah, Russ Rogers, Jay Beale, Joe Grand, Fyodor, FX, Paul Craig, Timothy Mullen, Tom Parker

EDIT: you have to post at least the title at the end of the quote so we know where this is coming from

OH man this will be interesting... first I have to find the nearest book

"To rid themselves of the molds, they need only to rake the surface of their gardens daily."

bummer that "the secrets of solo racing" or "the simpsons beyond forever" had to be all the way across the room...

Nearest book was a swedish coursebook so I'll grab the second closest

"And for the next few weeks, Bonnie steered me onto a path of rediscovered emotions and new understandings."

Had I used the other book it would have read:
" Pernilla: Ska vi slå oss ner här? "

Re: Grab the nearest book?

Closest one to me is my shop manual for my car. Tough thing about his is the pages don't have numbers like real books so I'll just turn to page 1-23..."install the new air cleaner element into the housing." Kinda boring I know but I don't keep real books in my room.

Judd more or less rejected the possibility of a policy of sealed - in defiance, on the basis that the Chinese at some point would try to smash their way into the submarine, and that would entail a significant battle in which a lot of people would most certainly die, both Americans and Chinese.

U.S.S. Seawolf by Patrick Robinson

It's a very sweet book, I've read it numerous times and it's hard to put down. I grabbed it because I just finished it again the other night, but my bookshelf contains books by John Grisham, and those were actually closer at the moment but oh well. In U.S.S. Seawolf the NSA refers the the ambassador of China as Who-Flung-Dung. It's pretty humorous at times. I highly recommend this book to anybody.
