Question problem with escort 1999

riding my ford the oil light went on and the car engine cut off.
I change the oil filter and fill it up with oil. the oil pressure went up but the car is working like is missing one cylinder'
I have change the spark plugs and also had my injectors clean and also I have meassure the cylinder pressure to verify that there are no broken rings or problem with the valves, that was oke.
Went pressing the throttle and getting half way it began to lose like power and also my brakes are very hard.

Any help that can help me out.

Thanks

Did the engine shut off immediately after the oil light came on or did you drive it after that?" How long did it run? You say your brakes are hard. This leads me to believe that you have a vacuum leak on your power brake booster. Plug the vacuum line going to the booster and see if the car runs better. If it does you need to replace the booster. Post back please.

Thank for your reply

after the oil light came on we ran for about 100 meter and the he shut off. I have also try to remove the pipe going to the brake booster and didn't help.
As you state I is a vacuum problem.

Thanks,
