You need to upload them online and post the link. You can either use a free image hosting site or use the AF Gallery to upload them to.
And you have been here long enough to know that this thread is completely off topic, and should go in the correct sub forum.

All you have to do is open 2 browsers of AF logged in, use one for your gallery space to upload them from your computer and then open them from your gallery and right click to properties, and copy and paste the image link between [IMG] and [/IMG] in a post... simple...
