In Progress: Soarer 2800 GT
Hi , This is the first progress thread i do. This is my Fujimi Soarer 2800 GT (inch up series) ,Painted with testors Green. Went on pretty well considering testors spraypaints usually suck. Used a sharpie marker for moldings. Wheels are from the kit but i didn't use those stupid ''hubcaps'' . In the kit instructions they give you the choice between normal or lower ride height
.Of course I built it at the ''lower'' setting , but i added a bit of camber since no respectable car has 0 deg. camber...I also opened the two little hood vents but not the one on the front bumper since i was scared i would scrap it.Still missing front lip that is flat black and drying. The Kit is very poor in the details department .It can also can be motorized but if you don't use a motor , you gotta find a way to attach the rear wheels. Please don't rely on my technique for that! lol ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Would like to finish it in the next week or 2, but i don't have a lot of time . I'll try... Any comments welcome , Frank |
