advice
Ok I'm finally gonna get a job soon which means I'm finally gonna get back to my system. Right now all I have is the deck (Pioneer 8600mp) with some p.o.s. 95 Civic speakers. I plan to get Infinity Comps (decent price, heard good things) in the front and some similar 2 ways in the back. Later on will come the subs. Here's what I wanna know:
1) Infinity kappa 60.5cs or Perfect 6.1s? (ebay) 2) What kind of amp set up should I have? (I'll be spending around 130 for each set of speakers so I'm not going to go overboard on price for amps either) p.s. I listen to mostly rap/techno/a little bit of rock if that makes any difference, thanks in advance. |

Re: advice
First off don't get infinity they're not very good. Look into CDT, Adire Audio, RE Audio, Focal, Diamond, and some other for comps. For a component amp ..... get the comps first then decide the best power for them and get a decent amp. You will need a sub too. Rap and techno both have some pretty deep bass notes and you'll miss out on a lot of the music too. Since you already hace a HU why don't you give a budget for comp amp sub amp comps and sub and well give you some suggestions.
