Autostarter

My plymouth breeze is back in the shop again. I used my Nordic auto starter which was installed by future shop. The AC was on at the time. As i sat in the car, the car started to shake violently, thenshut off, as if it ran out of gas. I tried starting it up again with the key, but it would make a clicking sound from behind the dash. The car starts, but doesnt run right, or shut off right. The mechanic said it was 3 sensors and the ignition switch. The mechanic said that some cars arent good with autostarters, and it does damage to cars. He said that i was one of the lucky ones that the car lasted me over 2 years with a autostarter. What i want to knwo if anybody's autostarter messds up their cars. I still have to call up chrysler and ask them if they had a case liek mine.
