How hard is it to paint a peral from House of Kolor?

Hi I wantred to paint my car 2 tone that breaks of with a custom tribal decal of Limetime pear (bottom) and silver pearl (on top). I was wondering how hard would it be to paint pearls. Also, What are dry pearls? Do I need that to put into pearl coat. What other materials from HOK would I need to order beside,

Sealer
Basecoat
Clear Coat
I have a Honda Del sol, which is pretty small car, I was wondering how much basecoa would I need if I am doing 2 tone with silver and limetime green. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it, Thank you!!

Dry pearls are additives usually added to Kandy's or clears.. for your paint.. you would need to paint your car with sealer/primer theneither paint it all white then silver.. or skip the white and do it silver (about 2-3 quarts of silver to be safe) then do your limetime.. then again it's better to have leftover paint rather than not enough.. and for clear about a gallon should do.

How do pearls work? IS that another stage in the paint process or is it added to the clear.

well.. depends.. if your using DRY pearls u add that to like your kandy/clear.. and can be added to bases.. but i recommend a test panel for that... and like the designer pearl like limetime.. it's all in there.. juss mix the paint and go! pearl additives are usually crushed up (the shell that turns all pretty colors and is shiny.. i cant think of name) into a powder form.. and added to paint

Some basecoat colors have pearl already in it, but it is my understanding that the effect will be better if you paint it as a three stage. Your basecoat, then pearl coat in either an intercoat clear (like ppg dbu 500), candy, or regular clear, then straight clear over that.
