Question cylnder head from a 89 blazer ?

My friend has a parts blazer with a 4.3L motor, its a 89...

the head on my truck ( 1993 C1500 4.3L ) has a crack.
he said if i can find out if they can be swapped, i can have it for free...

will these bolt up and be the same, or should i not waste the time taking his off?

thanks,
Chris

I'm no wizard, but the fastest answers on swapping I have found come from "Auto Wreckers" ....
They have interchangeability books.

Hope that helps.
