91 Camaro RS
I just bought a 1991 Camaro RS yesterday and it wouldn't start. It's a good thing the seller was there at the DMV when it wouldn't start. He took it to a shop to have it looked at. Supposedly there's no power getting to the starter via the neutral safety switch. The mechanic is stuck. Any suggestions?
Thanks! |

Re: Re: 91 Camaro RS
He isn't my mechanic, and I'm not paying for the repairs. I just need to send him in the right direction so I can get my car back.

Make sure the car's in park. or get a new neutral saftey switch.

Re: 91 Camaro RS
Supposedly there's no power going to the netural switch so the power is lost before the netural switch.

Re: Re: 91 Camaro RS
He also said that the igintion is good. Maybe it has something to do with the VATS system, it does has an after market alarm.
