Unhappy My wipers are slowly dying. Help me!

Sooo... 92 Passat, 2.0 5spd. A few months ago my intermitant wipers stopped working. now the low speeds are out. I think I better fix this problem soon or I may lose my last hope... FULL SPEED. I took apart the switch and the contacts are fine. What else controls wiper speed? Relays? Anywho... If anyone know a bit more about the system I'd be very appreciative. Thanks. Oh yeah.. I need a set of wheels for it too, preferably with tires that are good. stock Steels would be my firsts choice, but teardrops are what I have now and I could get by with just 2 wheels. I'm in central pa. Thanks again in advance.

I believe low & intermittent are through the relay, high is direct wired. The relay is in position #8, lower row close to fuses, second from left.

The relay actually fell out... Good grief. Thanks very much for your help.
