1999 bmw 330xi vs 5th gen prelude

who do u guys think would win on the highway?
bmw330xi stats:
3.0L 6 cylinder, all wheel drive, automatic transmission with tiptronic,
225 horsepower, curbweight: 3583

base prelude stats"
manual tranny, 200 horsepower, 2954 curb weight

both cars are unmodded. i know the BM would win off the line with the AWD but on the highway im thinking that the AWD and automatic tranny would actually slow it, plus it has 600 pounds more than the prelude and only 25 horsepower more.

A friend of mine has an 01 330xi (5spd) and it runs a mid 14. I figure since the lude's going to be racing an automatic one, it'll bump the time up to a high 14 or possibly a low 15 at most. The lude driver has to be pretty good to win, but its possible.

Sometime this week, sometime this year, all the same, haha. But yeah, what speed/gear did you start in and how close was it?

we were both merging on the highway and we gunned it from there it was mostly all in 4th and 5th gear and i was gaining distance on him then we reached a 90 degree turn on the highway then i slowed down a bit but after the turn i started gaining distance on him again. It was pretty close but i was expecting it to be a lot closer.
