a question..

im just looking for any information as far as setting up a PA system in my car. i wanna be able to talk outside of the car with a microphone. I searched around and havnt found anything about it, so any help would be real helpful. i know that i could but an AC- DC converter, an amp, a speaker, and a mic.. but thats a lotta money for such a simple device and im sure theres another cheaper way. If anyone knows about any kits made, or any way to rig it up cheaply please let me know
