Exclamation Leaking Oil!!

I have noticed that my b20 is leaking oil from right under the distributor.. is there a rubber seal or something that might of broken??

Dizzy O-ring is cheap to replace.

OK... One question if i take off the dizzy and then put it back on will the engine timing be off ?? or will i have to mess with the timing... cuz for the record i dont know anything about correcting it if the timing is off

no, there are two forks on the end of the dizzy that line it up for you, you can get the timing 180 degress out if you turn the rotor button, but just remember where abouts your rotor button is pointing when you take the dizzy out and as long as it is pointing to the same point when you put it in then your timing will be fine.

Take either a marker like a sharpie or a chisel type punch and make a mark on the top leg (there are 3 legs on distributors) where the leg meets the head. Its the part where the 12mm bolt goes through thats pointing up from your distributor. well anyways, make a mark going the same way that the bolt is going. that way when you put it back on, line the mark up to where it was originally and your timing will be back to where it should be.
