Lights dim a bit when using interior window switches
When ever I try to put up or put down all 4 windows at the same time from the master control, the lights dont dim, but when i get to the point where the windows wont go down anymore but i still have the switches down, the lights dim a little bit. Same thing for when i have the windows all the way up and i click all 4 switches to bring the windows up, the lights dim a little bit. Has anyone had this issue???

Re: Lights dim a bit when using interior window switches
Its really normal. The extra load from the windows going all the way causes a drain on the system.
There is actually what they call an ELD. it supplies the car with the minimum voltage required so the car can operate. Once a load is sensed then the ELD switches the altenator to put out more volts. This can cause a flicker in the lights at nite and thats why the lites dim when you ask the window to move farther than it can go.
