2000 Grand Caravan - Tranny codes

Hi all,
I have a 2000 Dodge/Chrysler Grand Caravan, automatic transmission with 102,000 miles on it. The check engine light came on, the van seems to hesitate on acceleration and "downshifts" rough when stopping sometimes now. I read the codes with an Actron OBD II scanner and it returned 4 codes. 2 Of the 4 codes were the same number, but 1 of the 2 has a pending status. This code is the P0700 - Transmission Control System Malfunction. The other 2 codes were P1775 & P1784 and both had a description of Manufacture Control Transmission. I checked the codes page but did not find either of the 2 manufacture's specific codes. I would like to know what these 2 codes are related to and what type of repair will be needed, before I take it to a shop. Any information on these codes is appreciated.
Regards,
Joe
