Angry help trooper dash lights & tale don't work

i just had and harness put in for my hitch and a few days later my dash lights,tail lights went out. My brake lights work. so I check the fuses under my hood I HAVE A 96 IZUSU TROOPER, so i replace the 15 amp fuse for the tail lights. Put evertime I replace it burns out. I thought it was the harnes so I took it of totaly. Still the same effect and no change. What can i due or look for first to find out where the short is happening. Can some one please help?

Clean up your rear light sockets and replace the bulbs.

Double check your tailer wiring (did you cut into the harness?)

I had a professonal place put my harness on they splice in to my litghts , put i took off the harness and the fuse are still blowing out ever time I turn on the lights. I have also replace the bulbs. and I made sure the wires were not crossing when I took off the harness
