error codes

Anyone have an idea. I done the odom / trip trick and came up with two codes E 1006 and E 4001. I have searched the entire web I think and cant seem to find anything. Anyone now? Thanks in advance. Oh I forgot. Its a 2003 Grand Caravan. DJBates
