Today, i was climbing over a wall(my dad has said i did it the wrong way when i got home) and we think i have pulled a muscle.
ouch that hurts.i have got school tomorrow, so does anyone have any advice in helping me get better? please help coz it hurts chris EDIT: the pulled muscle was across my chest, over my ribs. now anything i try to lift with my arms hurts, also using hands to get off a chair hurts

Ice it a few times a day and try not to do anything that involves that muscle when possible. After a few days or a week start stretching it some, not much or you can risk tearing it again. For example if you have ever had a burn or large cut and after it heals over if you pull on it the skin will tear easily because the new "baby" skin isnt as thick as your other skin when it first forms. Same goes with muscles. Just ice it down to keep the swelling down and have fun and enjoy the nice bruise you are going to have.

i have had school today and it hurt when i picked up my bag.

Sounds like an intercostal muscle - muscles between the ribs. Painful for a week or so but should heal without a problem.
