Will 88' CRX seat belts bolt into a 88' Hatchback?

Are 88' CRX belts the same as 88' Hatches? My horrible, sagging, non-retracting belts have to go! Found a set of belts out of a 88' CRX at a local dismantler the seems to work great. They look the same...

Seatbelts that don't retract are covered under a lifetime warranty through honda dealerships. Since it's a huge safety issue to have seatbelts that don't function properly, they have to fix or replace them for free. You should check that out.

Hey thats a good point. I should have known that as its sort of my line of work....

Thing is, I want to ditch my horrid blue interior in favor of a nice grey/black motif. Something Queer Eye for the Straight Guy would be proud of... and the CRX seat belts are black...

You really have to check with them... Once when I had my car in the shop for something else, they said "hey, we noticed that your seatbelts don't retract very well, we'll fix that for you", but the thing was that I really hadn't noticed much of a problem with the belts at all, so who knows.
