2003 Durango transmission service

I have a 2003 Durango with the 4.7 engine and the 5-speed automatic transmission. I went to the dealer and got all the stuff to change the fluid in it (8 quarts of ATF+4 and the 2 filters). Has anyone done this before and is it pretty straightforward? One of the filters is a spin-on and I have never seen this on a transmission before. BTW I have changed transmission oil on GMs and older Chryslers before, but just wondering if there were any tricks to doing the newer transmissions. Thanks in advance. I did a search and couldn't find any info so sorry if this has been asked before.
