automatic seatbelts wont return

Hey anyone who can help, My 91 was broken into, now my seatbelts (shoulder ones) wont return to the back posistion. I've checked the fuses, they're all fine. If it matters, they popped out my passenger side lock and tore apart my ignition cylinder. but they never made off with the car. Maybe they ran out of time

I've searched the older posts, but didnt find anything that could help. So if any of you Integra Guru's can help that would be great. Thanks to you all.

your situation might be different because of the damage, but when the second gens belts stop moving its usually just because the track is all gummy and won't let it slide. I usually just spray the hell out of the track with wd-40 and then force the belt back to the forward or back position, then it usually starts working on its own the next time you open the door. After I sparay it and get it going again its usually good for about 6 months or so again. Then I have to repeat the process.

Wish it was that simple. I just noticed that my seatbelt warning light wont come on either. do you think they disabled it somehow?
