clutch goin out?

lately my lude is acting really retarded. it took 8 tries to get 1st gear to engage, 3 seperate times. its done this a lot lately but not quite that bad. also yesterday, 2nd an 3rd made that horrible grinding sound. i had the clutch in too, so that left me very confused. then directly after that 5th wouldnt engage, made that horrible grinding sound again. is it the clutch or could it just be the tranny? i've been meaning to change the gear oil but i dont hav any way to refill it. any input would be great. thanks

also, its a 95 Si. an i hav the mismanufactured shift fork that was on recall, if that would make any difference.

If it was slipping I might think clutch, but this sounds more like bad synchros.
