Multiple Electrical Problems ??

My 94 JGCL with 160,000 miles has started to develop multiple problems.
1. The transmission shifts great but will not go into overdrive. I dropped the pan and found clean fluid and no shavings.
2. The alarm system will trigger with for no apparent reason. If fact, I opened the hood and started the vehicle. The lights were flashing with the lights in control console going from bright to dim. When I reset the alarm with the key in the driver door, the date and clock in the console went to 12:00 and Jan 1.
3. The infinite sound system has a ghost. It will play stop and play again.
4. The AC compressor will not operate for a day and then just start even when the controls are on manual with the temperature set to LO. If the freon was low in the system, wouldn't it just blow hot air even if the compressor was working??

Other than the transmission OD problem, everything else is a sparatic situation. I'm beginning to think a number of the problems are electrical.

Any suggestions or is my JGC haunted?

My 96 JGCL has the od thing happening too if i shift to nutral on the road and back into drive it usually shifts into od , but the not shifting hhappens quite a bit but has been doin it for 70,000 miles with no other problems with transmission
