Re: wheel wells and side moldings

Not sure about the side moldings, but I know those little plastic screws usually fall to crap when removing them... meaning, when you pull them out they really don't work anymore. I tried going to local parts store but the domestic ones don't really fit right... I'm using zip ties stealth like or no fender guards in some spots.

I really hate that Honda chose to use plastic screws for the wheel well liners. And Honda wants a small fortune for replacement plastic screws. Next time I have to take these off, I'm just going to weld nuts onto the backs of the tabs on the fenders and bolt them on with some plastic/rubber washers under the bolts. Problem solved...forever!

Re: wheel wells and side moldings

the side moldings have clips that break easily if you pull the from outside the car.

if you look inside the fender, you can pop the clips out there. same thing inside the door. take off the door panel and pop them out. the one on the rear quarter panel is tough to get to, you gotta take the whole interior panel out to get to them

or you could just break the clips while popping the off from the outside. but the door molding will bend when you do that
