high pitched squeaking while driving

When I drive at speeds somewhere between 20 miles an hour and around 40 miles an hour my front right (i think that's where isn't coming from) makes a really high pitched noise. It's not constant though, it's like it happens when the wheel rotates to the same position. So the noise happens more frequently the fast i go.

Also my "low trac" light comes on when it shouldn't, it never stays on, it's just on and off alot more often then it used to. The light started doing that a short time before the noise started.

Would it possibly be the rotor being warped or bad? Or maybe I need new brake pads? (I have 51K on it, it's a 99 gls) Wheel bearing possibly? Any help is appreciated and if you can give me prices that would be a bonus. I was thinking about getting new slot and drilled rotors for it with new pads and then painting the calipers...maybe this would fix the problem?

Thanks
- E

Oh, and the noise is only when i'm moving. It quits making noise when i'm braking.

I would guess wheel bearing for the squeaky noise sound, and hub/speed sensor assembly for the Trac Off light issue.
