should I .....???

Hey sup ppl. I have the oppurtunity to get my Pr3 ecu mugen chipped. The v-tec kicks in 4400 and it rev limits to 10.5 and the speed govenor will be taken out.All that for 50 bucks installed. I'm also gonna upgrade my valve train by using the ITR valve train but thats till later on. So what you guys think? Anything i should worry about?
