How to make my Buick 78' 350 faster

Well what should i do to make it faster????? I posted on this website http://www.t6p.com/ and they told me to get a street cam, redo heads, get an exhaust, and some other stuff dont remeber it. I just want to get my buick regal faster any other ideas than just that to help my car go faster?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!?? i cant spend over $350 though. So anything under than is just fine that could give me some more hp and some good acceleration, good speed. You know soup up my car a bit.

For $350, Your pretty much stuck with swapping either the intake or getting headers. Both will make a difference, but nothing major.

I'd personally go with the intake, and adjust your timing (advance it)... Buick motors like to run around 30 deg. with it all being in by 2500rpm's. Just that alone over the stock timing will make a good difference.
