320d vs. 530

Wow, after about a week and a couple of days of cruising around towns and backcountrys my girl finally attracts another german girl. It's a BMW 530 , the model that came on the markt somewhere early 90s,who stands at a light waiting with one guy at the steer and a girl (read: youg women) riding shotgun.
The car also had a similar M Kit on it like mine so my mind automatically saw the change for a nice race here, don't know wy . There was only one problem. The driver probably thought he was alone at that light cause he never looked over. And i didn't felt like revving to much so we needed to wait until it was green to see if he wanted or not.

Green....... and the 530 went for it like crazy,
I so punched the gas with the best combination of letting of the clutch i've ever had. My girl went a little bit sideways and i immediatly was even again. We both stomped it in second on exact the same time but i was faster there . gained about a foot on him. Third came on for me when he was just about to fall a bit more back. I was already proud on myself cause i was sure this race was mine yeah wright. He switched to third followed by me and now it was me who falled back.
He suddenly was like half a car in front of me. Damn third is quick on the 5 cause in that gear he gained another half lenght and i was now at his rearbumper. I wanted to go into fourth ( the gear my car pulls best in)but the traffic was getting thicker and closer up ahead so we both held in.
At my exit (at lights) there was a gap on the left lane when it was red. The 5 series cut me of hard to be there the first one. Near him was a nice bike, CBR i think. So i said to myself. " Bert, don't you dare to take yr exit now, this is gonna be to sweet to let it go" . So i didn't take my exit, hehehe.
Green again. We all punched it and i was like 2 meter behind the 5 until we reached 185 km/h. The funny thing was the bike kept near the 5 series the first half of the race cause he tought the 5 was racing him. Lol he normally would have smoked him but then he noticed me hanging there some meters behind the BMW with yet another BMW . He then let off the gass a bit to check my car out i believe, showed the left thumb and whent on the gass reall hard.
We called it a quit to when my exit came on. Flashed my beams when Mr. X in the 530 showed the blinkers.

Good times again. Was about time too.

. I use them too . Good race though. You always seem to see these extremely nice cars all the time. I'd like to take a trip to wherever it is that you live and just cruise around. Hell, your car is pretty sweet to. If you ever could, take a video camera with you when you go to find a race. That'd be pretty sweet.

well civracer. You've nailed it again.
This summer my cousin is going to take his digital camera with him and we're gonna shoot some footage. Have already made up the locations, I'm going to ask if a race against another car is cool for him too.
I then let him hang out of the window at he back and film the race like that. Just be patient for another 2 months. Cause now i have to much animation work to deal with.
Taking a ride is about all the free time i've left.

But i'm surely going to post them here
And about the extremely nice cars; there are more then half that are not so extremely nice.
But it's probably cause of the fact that Belgium is just near Germany and we're both not so big countrys but we all love a bit of luxury. And BMW, MB, Audi, all are getting very popular plus we get them all.

oh yeah, and civ, don't forget i had to ride a full week and half to come across such a car
