What clear for Scale Motorsports decals?
I´m applying their excellent carbonfibre decals on bodyparts and i want to protect them ( as well get a nice gloss look!), but i haven´t found anywere a tip on wich clear works the best. I´m afraid that the delicate decals will react to some clears, but to wrap this question up; What clear ( Tamiya acrylic,enamel etc.) works best for Scale Motorsports decals?

I use Tamiya acrylic smoke. Good gloss, won't eat the decals, and tones the patterns down a bit, which I think most of SMS's CF decals need.

I've had success with Tamiya TS spray clear lacquer. Apply several light mist coats before hitting it with the wet coats.

Tamiya Lacquer Clear, Tamiya Acrylic Clear, Testor Clear (18xx) and ModelMaster Lacquer clear work.
I think anything work on SMS decals.

SMS and Matthew Wells recommends MicroScale KlearKote. I've used Future for gloss and Testor's flat and semigloss for other finishes.
