Question what's cheapest car with nav, curtain airbags & stability control?

Need to get a car with:

a good built in useable navigation (toyota/Lexus is great)
side head curtain airbags (atleast for the front)
stability control (VCS in toyota/Lexus, called other things by others)

preferably used or cheaper new car, but preferably something more towards a 4 door luxury car.

Candidates I'm considering:

Lexus ES (but the new ones are pricey, when did they get VCS so I can look at used ones?)
Toyota Prius (not luxury but a pretty neat car)
Acura TSX, TL (acura was slow on the curtain airbags -- might have to be new or very recent)
Infiniti I series (when did they start doing VCS and curtains?)

Thanks for any ideas?

Maybe the S40 from Volvo, the Audi A4 1.8T (both around 24k base)
